My favourite food is salads. I prefer all kind of salads and my favourite is olivier, but I eat more vegetable salads. I eat olivier only on holidays and vegatable salads I eat almost every day. I like salads because they are tasty, helpful and quickly prepared. To prepared olivier you must buy 9 ingredients.
1) boil potatoes and slice into small pieces
2) sliced cucumber into small pieces
3) slice and add some sausage
4) add green onion
5) boil some eggs and slice into small pieces
6) add green peas
7) add pinch of salt and peper
8) poure mayonnaise
Now mix all ingredients into one mixture and file on the table.

Thanks for you last letter, when you wrote about Valintine's Day in England. It was so interesting to read about yours traditions. I'd like to tell you about my favourite tradition.
Birthday of Jesus Christ is one of the major Christian holidays. At the heart of the holiday - the biblical story of the birth in Bethlehem, the head ofthe Saviour Jesus Christ, the Virgin Mary.
Holidays is celebrated by Catholics, Orthodox and Protestants.
Christmas is celebrated on the 24th, 25th, 26th of December. On 25 December I go with my father and grandmother to Estonian relatives. On that day we meet at big company once a year. In big family we speak about all what happend with as, listen music and speak about future. We eat traditional food: bloodly sausages, mulgikapsad. On 26 December I go with my family to Russian relatives. On that day we send presents each other. There we speak about all what happend with as too. But we don't eat traditional food. With eat only salets, meat, vegatables. I play with my small niece and talk with my sister. I see their rarely, because we don’t have time for metting.

Usually my family clean the house once a week. I hoover carpets, wipe the dust on my table and in my room. Mother wipe the dust in others rooms, waters the flowers (sometimes I water flowers), wash the floor. Father usually only help as. He doesn`t have certain duty.
In our family food prepares mother, but sometimes I or father prepares meal too. My mother is a wonderful cook. She can prepares a great variety of dishes. At weekends mother invites her friends and prepares food for them. For the holidays, she makes a cake, cookies and tasty salads.
In summer we are going to the summer cottage, where is a lot of work. My mother and grandmother grow flowers, vegetables and fruits. I and father help them dig earth. But our work is chopping wood, repair something in house and change an electric bulb.
Two yers ago we did repair in house. Father plaster walls, I helped to wallpaper the bed-room and change the floor. Mother does the shopping. She buy meat or fish, fresh fruit and vegetables, milk.
WE ESTONIAN as a nation do some kinds of thing in our spare time; we go shoping or go walking, we play footbal or tennis, we go to the disco or to the pub. Estonian people spend 40 ours at work, 5 ours to traviling to and from work, 48 ours for sleep and 35 ours of free time. Other time people spends for others activites.
